Jack Samy is Brotherhood Paper’s own proprietary cast-coated gloss
sticker paper — manufactured in China to Brotherhood Paper’s exact
specifications for Egyptian offset press conditions. It is not a generic
import. Every batch is produced and tested to our standard before reaching
Egyptian print shops.

What Makes Jack Samy Different

Generic self-adhesive papers imported into Egypt frequently suffer from
two problems on press: ink spread on the coated face due to inconsistent
coating weight, and adhesive bleed under heat and pressure. Jack Samy is
formulated specifically to avoid both. The cast-coated face holds ink dot
structure cleanly, producing sharp, vibrant label print without the colour
shift or dot gain that plagues lower-grade sticker stocks in Egypt’s climate.

The 165 GSM total weight provides enough stiffness for reliable sheet
feeding on Egyptian offset presses without jamming — a known issue with
lightweight self-adhesive stocks on older press equipment common in the
Egyptian market.
